The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Store Hours
Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Pacific Time. For urgent shoots or needs, we may be reached. Please call our office for after-hours information.
All prices include travel within the Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Shoots outside these areas may incur travel charges, clients will be contacted about these upon booking.
Shoots are not booked until confirmed. Submitting a request/purchase through this site does not obligate Take One Productions, Inc. to perform the services. Charges will not be incurred until the shoot is confirmed for date, time, and location. Urgent requests may be made via phone for immediate confirmation.
The client will be phoned prior to their scheduled time to confirm the time and location.
Hours are billed from when the photographer is requested to begin until the scheduled ending time unless the photographer is requested to begin work earlier, or stay later, than the agreed upon times.
Take One Productions retains copies of all copyrights to photos and video unless a contract is made.
New clients are billed on a COD basis. Credit card is required to secure reservation
Cancellation charges of $200 or 50% (whichever is more) apply to all shoots cancelled less than one week before scheduled date. Shoots cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointed date may be charged for the full price of the shoot.
All jobs needing turnaround in less than 72-hours may be charged a rush fee. This will be determined upon request.
